Hi everyone.

Looking for some thoughts please.

I am about to fit a new boiler in a house that I rent out. Dont want the cheapest, but want quality. Lots of people have suggested Worcester. I was just about to go down that line when one independant fitter told me to forget Worcester and go for a Baxi diamond.

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Everyone has their own favourite! Except me that is !

I would say that most boilers are pretty reliable but only if they are correctly fitted on a spotlessly clean system.

It all depends more on the quality of the installer than the boiler!

You will shortly get a list of everyone's own favourite!

You may even get an expensive boiler but then like all landlords have it badly fitted by the cheapest installer around.

Agile is right about that, a boiler is only as good as to how well it has been installed. Most makes are pretty good as long as they have been installed correctly.

Baxi what?

Never heard of a diamond!

Platinum maybe (5 year warranty)

i like the 105 he model... good solid boiler... we fit em for local councils and have done so for couple of years now. i think we have had a problem with a couple .. 1 % maybe ...

Yet again forget the rest, fit the best, Vaillant ;)

Now I'll wait to be shot down again
