My whirlpool adp4501/5 dishwsher, had a blockage in the pump, which was apparantly not covered on the extra 12 months warrantee. However after removing the blockage from the pump myself, the dishwasher now keeps tripping the switch in the main house fuse box when i try to switch the machine on. Can anyone help please??? Thanks.

You must have either shorted cables or terminals to earth, or a live to neutral, or more likely you have spilt water into something. Re-check all the cables & connections in the area you were working & failing that a couple of hours with a hair dryer may resolve it.
