I have a WILO GOLD 50 pump, and the speed selector(1,2,3)has broken,I now have to apply pressere to the rotating switch for it to kick in,it seems a shame to buy a whole assembly for this, any ideas ladys and gents, maybe buy the electrical part from somewhere, buy a new one from wickes, and swap the parts, then get a refund  ??

Be realistic, many more pumps than spares are sold (if any spares) so the price will be lower than the sum of parts, even if they are available. Why do you need to change the speed so often. Eithei leave it alone or buy a new pump.
