I have no idea where your cables go - there is no standard colour allocation of cores in heating installations. Even a green could be used as a phase wire.

However, you are in luck because I'm a qualified electrician as well as a Gas Safe dom/com. You can wire your CM927 to the ST timer, or to the other end of cable running to it.

The live and neutral in the ST timer are labelled L & N, run additional cables from here to L and N on the BDR relay box. You then take the cable out of pin 4 in the ST timer, and wire it to B in the BDR. Run a new wire from BDR terminal A to the ST timer terminal 4.

Job done.

Ps: stay away from Ebay, there is a dodgy batch of CM units out there where the displays conk out. Honeywell took some back from the merchants.

Simond you are 5*****! Just wired it up and testing it as I type. All looks well. :) I bought the Homexpert THR872CUK from Amazon (wanted warranty/amazon service), its very similar to the CM927. Although with this model the front flap comes off and with the CM927 it folds up, minor gripe...

Thanks again for your help/input.
