hello there. got a worcester he plus combi. the hot water heats up & works as it should, but the heating wont come on. apparently the diverter valve is ok, as i originally thought it could be that. we havent got a room thermostat, everythings done from the boiler itself. weve been told we need a complete new boiler, cant see it myself! any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!

Most likely it is the diverter valve.
If I remember rightly, there is something funny about the DV on this model. I think it parks itself if it detects a fault, and you need to do something when you replace the motor.
I know we had some grief replacing one a few years back, I can't remember the exact reason.
Someone here may have done this job recently, AND have a better memory. Or ring Worcester Tech tomorrow.
