Because it is now 19.57 Monday! And we need to be sure things have not changed, as it was working at that time and now not!
OK,
Oven cold.
Temp @ zero, went through the selector cycle. No trips.
Selector to off, then turned temp up to 200 deg. Went through the cycle again (with oven still cold, but getting slowly warmer), still no trips.
I don't know if that lot has ruled anything in, or out.
Appears to be an issue at elevated temperature, but also appears to not be related to any specific element.
If the above is correct, it would seem unlikely that both elements would fail at the same time.

It is process of elimination, and it looks like one of the issues is the thermostat!

I suppose that the oven tripping when the grill is on would be a more definitive test of the thermostat then?
Disconnected the bottom element (taped over the spade connectors), and ran the fan oven at 200 deg until the temp light went off. Then turned the temp up again, until the light came back on again.
Ran for half an hour, with no trip.
Turned temp down to zero, and ran oven for another ten mins - no trip.
Seems like the bottom element then - typically, the priciest and fiddliest to sort

Bottom element replaced, and appears to be functioning now!
