Hello,
First of all, i would like to apologize for my bad english, I am using Google Translate (the french's forums are always empty..).

Lately, there is a very annoying noise from the alarm that repeats every 20 seconds.

I enter in engineer mode (1234) and I open the 2 parts of the front. I located the noise. I took some pictures:

The relay is the black component.

Has what is it for?
There is a solution for erase the noise ?

The alarm works normally (I can arm, unarm etc)
I have not yet done the factory reset.

thank you in advance for your help.

Yes there is a relay inside the panel and also digital communicator, where do the wires from the relay go to ?

Do not do a factory reset ! This will not cure the issue ! Do you have an issues with the telephone line ? The communicator may have a line fault relay and it may be this making the clicking noise. If you have a multimeter check control panel dc voltage and telephone line voltage.

Thank you,

Indeed, we have disconnected the phoneline and we don't need this connection anymore
what could we do to configure the control panel to not check the phoneline and fix the noise issue ?
Thanks

From the main pcb there will be 0v and 12v + going to the digi in the back of the panel take either of these out at the digi , does this now stop the noise ? As there is another small relay in the back of your panel . Ps when was the last time it had a new battery ?

We have just taken out the two supplying wires from the digi and the noise disappeared, it's magic, we could sleep now ! :D
Thank you very much
