Hoover HD83M Dishwasher - Sticking Program Selector

Hi guys,

My first visit here and what a wealth of knowledge (unfortunately not exactly what I'm looking for - Hence this post!!).

I have a Hoover HD83M Dishwasher and the programs are sticking (multiple places during cycle), should I just buy a new program selector unit (I've had the screws off the door and they seem easy enough to change) or could it be something else?

with a w/m people think the timer is faulty and its usualy the heater, or cold fill valve, i would suggest you get several quotes t fix it
