relocating bathroom

Hi,
I'm looking at a new house but the upstairs needs changing around. The 3rd bedroom is 6ft5 x 6ft5 but the bathroom is 14 by 8ft5. Is it possible (and reasonably easy) to put a bathroom where the 3rd bedroom is (directly above downstairs wc) and convert the bathroom into a 3rd bedroom and en-suite?

To me it looks like it is achievable, but I could do with some advice.
