My machine filled with water, agitated, then at the spin cycle, lurched physically, then began emitting a rattling noise. At this time the entire cycle ceased to operate. By background, the machine was off balance, with the front about 10 degrees lower than the back. What do you think? Thank you.

I have the same machine and have used it for 10 years. If the clothes are not balanced around the tub it appears that the belt slips and finds a well worn position making a rattling noise. Result the cycle stops. Temp cure is pull the belt around to a new position and then get a replacement belt 47" by 1/2" by 3/8" and associated parts. This was my problem and it sounds similiar.
