Hi , It would be appreciated if someone could help with this problem. The machine is hardly used and prchased 2yrs 6 mnths ago.

CYCLE = ECONOMY TEMP = 40 C

It brings water in , slowly rotates the drum for a few minutes, partially rinses then cycle ends. The indicator LED shows END.The washing is wet and soapy. There is no indication of an error other than the very short cycle and the unwashed clothes.

SPIN ONLY cycle

Spins slowly for about 5 mins then aborts
LED = END

Thank you

It could be the heater that is faulty as the appliance is waiting for a heat rise, as with most washing machine if there is no heat, they will rapidly advance to a stop position,chech element or thermister/ thermostat
