Does anyone know the reason and to resolve the constant \\\'moaning\\\' noises that happen when either a hot or cold tap is turned on (doesn\\\'t happen from one particular tap)? This moaning or screeching noise continues once the tap is turned off and continues for 5 – 10 minutes. The noise can be resolved temporarily by turning on a cold water tap by returns once you turn this same tap off.

Possibly incorrect clipping of pipes or pipes too close to each other i.e. shabby fitting.
You could also try turning your main stop tap up or down a bit to see if this helps
