Easiest way for me to start is like this. After replacing part after part, guided by the "Tech Team" I now am getting this...Boiler fires on Heating only and Hot water only and hot water/heating but when H/W satisfied boiler goes off on limit stat, However doesn't do it when Heating satisfied. HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE.

do you have an autobypass valve and it is correctly set? do ALL your rads have a trv on them? (the one nearest to the roomstat should have 2 lockshields). What is the boilerstat set to?

Thank for replying, Yes it has bypass valve and is set, TRV's as you say. The boiler stat is preset factory fitted stat, so non-adjustable. Yes it is Y plan. I have tryed New Cotrol/Ignition board,and Flow Limit Stat and M.V Actuator. All of these parts, after dicussing with Keston, all deemed necessary but still got same problem. Boiler goes into stat of lockout/overheat as soon as H.W switches off or satisfied. PLEASE HELP as I'm out of idea's (bit like Keston) and customer ain't to happy.
