This has to take some beating.
Went to survey a boiler replacement tonight as boiler had been ID'd and capped off (no it wasn't BG) but Slottish southern eccentrics.
A heat line Viso hardly looks 2 years old, DIY install, not a lot wrong with it but the condensate piped in 22mm copper and terminating outside like an overflow gave it away

This is not why it was ID'd though, that was because the heat exchanger was burst apparently
. Pressure gauge was at 1.5 Bar so I stripped it down and sure enough bone dry, no sign of any leak whatsoever.
Didn't have the tools as I get washed and changed and have a splash of Brut before going surveying so will go back in the morning to re-commission and type a nice report for trading standards.
