Any tips on fitting secondary glazing?

I've got to fit some secondary glazing to a 1200 by 1500 window soon and i've never fitted it before. The reveals are nice and square thank God.

Has anyone fitted it and are there any do's or don'ts?

What sort of secondary glazing are you fitting? There are many different types.

Well I haven't ordered it yet. Just a two pane system with the pane sliding from left to right. (like a tiny patio door).
