Digestives or hob nobs.
We talked about something similar at work recently, to dunk or not?
We even had a poll of pretty much everyone on site (40 odd people) and the dunkers had just over half the votes.
One lad came up with this-
take a penguin biscuit or twix or something like it, nibble both ends off and then use it as a straw to suck up your tea. Sounds weird but it's really nice.
