What's your favourite biscuit?

I'm a fan of chocolate chip cookies... chocolate digestives... custard creams and jaffa cakes.. (which opens up the potential for a debate around biscuit v cake?)

When passed its sell by date, it goes hard, then it's a cake, if it goes soft and soggy, it's a biscuit.
