What's your favourite biscuit?

When passed its sell by date, it goes hard, then it's a cake, if it goes soft and soggy, it's a biscuit.

Marks and Spencer's Jam Sandwich Creams and their Sultana Cookies

Well, that's biscuit of the moment. For a while it was Kit Kats but I went off them.
