In july of this year the which magazine tested the 2010 gloss paints and voted crown solo the best performing and the most least likely to yellow of these 2010 paints. Incidentally we've always found thixotropic paints perform better when painting outside in the winter months because they are not affected by the cold as much as the liquid glosses are .

Yes you are correct in what you say regarding the findings of which, but I have found that Solo performs better in a warm atmosphere. Anyway it still remains to be an excellent product and in many situations can out perform a liquid gloss.

It is thicker and it's the best paint, ever to hit the shelves.

The only time it drags is if someone, somewhere , sometime, has applied Mr sheen or Pledge.

Almost picked some up the other day but I'd left my wallet at home. Can you get any other colour than white? Is it the same stuff at B&Q as the local Crown decorator centre?
