Because it doesn't work, the building owner fixed are buzzer down stairs, but said anything in the property is up 2 me 2 fix. We're leaseholders

That's passing the buck, the entry system is part of the Fixtures & Fittings that you are paying for, see him again.

Of course, if you damaged / broke it, that's a different story.

As far as I know everyone esle's works
Yes the council fitted the downstairs panel
We own the flat & all the things in it are up 2 us.

Just need to fine out who makes it or 1 to replace it??
