Awesome DIY Light(er)-Cycle

Some mad genius in China has come up with the coolest do-it-yourself gadget I’ve seen in a long while. Everyone knows the lightcycle from TRON right? *sidetrack* If not, go see TRON: Legacy in 3D right now! It was one of the most visually satisfying movies I’ve ever seen, and was pure awesomeness. I digress. Basically this mad genius super geek figured out a way to create a lighter-cycle.

Now, I realize the instructions are in Chinese but you’ll use your brilliant mind to figure it out. If not…tough luck, suckaaa. But no, seriously, just ask someone who reads Chinese to help you out. - Gadgetsrepublic

You would need exactly the same lighters, there are hundreds of variation in manufacture.

aren't most lighters like that though? should work with most models, i think...

the ideas good - something to do with non-refill lighters, if they change the design, perhaps they can add a refill chamber?

The particular lighter in use is essential for several parts of the bike, most are completely different in construction.
