I have just bought one of the above. It has an earth terminal E and another marked SE. The sheet says:

"Important Note. Standard use, for electrical safety ensure that the two connections E & SE are linked together using a green/yellow sleeved copper wire. Note: when using product for clean earth facility no link wire is required."

What is a "clean earth facility"?

Confusingly, the pictures show it without the link as though that was the "standard use".
 
If its for normal domestic use you do not have, or need a clean earth so just hookem all together.

PS Congratulations on actually being able to read the VOLEX RCD/FCU instructions. The last ones I has were 20th generation copies and were unreadable.

Useful info. I have to admit, I assumed it had two earth posts (as on plain FCUs) until I did the pre-energise continuity check.

The scan on the Screwfix website is unreadable but the one I got in the packet is ok.
