Honeywell st400c

I have a st9400c 2 channel timer but i want to use it as a 1 channel dhw control with a wireless cm927 as a heating control.

It needs to be wired into a s plan wiring strip.

Tried honeywell for some strange reason they are not taken any calls.

Any help will be appreciated or a diagram will help

Is this an existing system that you are enhancing. I mean does it already exist as an S plan with a regular 2 channel programmer & room stat controlling things?

Or is it a brand new install, or something else?

No its a new install

I have a St9400c lying around id thought id make use of it if i can.

Not clear why you are wanting to use the 9400.

What controls the DHW at the moment?

As above. Install standard S-plan (you know how to do this, yes?
Then you have two options:

1. Use the 9400 (heaven knows why). Install the CM927 as the stat.
On the 9400 set the heating to always on. All heating controls can be done by the CM927

2. Install a single channel controller for DHW and just wire the heating on/off straight to the CM927.

Where's the problem? why do you need to talk to Honeywell? (they may be taking a Christmas break, maybe?)
