Hi,
I had this in my house but stopped working so ordered a new one from amazon to replace the old one. Unfortunately my husband opened the new unit and we dont know how to put it back together

I have uploaded pics of what I have and which bits need to be fit. If anyone can explain to me how this can be put back together I'll really appreciate it! Its cost me £40 to buy the new unit so really desperate to fix it. Thanks in advance.
1 - bits that have come loose

Why would any one open a brand new unit which immediately voids the guarantee????

Carefully open up the old one and see how it goes together.

Isolate power first

Yes, definitely priceless.

I will give you a little hint, that the screw turn slots on the sliders are for setting interlocking in systems where hot water has to be on for heating to work etc.

Hi OwainDIYer - When the previous timer was functioning we used to have CH on without hot water so would the systems be interlinked how you are suggesting? Thanks

I need to know where the 2 needles and 2 round copper bits go? They must fit somewhere in the unit. I think they must attach to the sliders somehow but cant work it out! Please help..

the details of interlocking are in the installation manual.
