Two toilet discharge in to tee

I guess having two toilets running in to a tee like in the pic would not work? Due to the tee having a sweep on it in one direction.

What about this with a cap in the top connection?

Thanks I think that will possibly keep me to far from the wall as the are close couple toilets

I may work though would there be no problem with back flow with this. One toilet flowing in to the over when flushed. Could imagine a normal branch tee wouldn't work as once flushed the toilet draining down the wrong side of the swept tee would back up the over toilet

Any way you can put that in vertically with a durgo out the top? Or do the branches and run to drain all have to be on the same horizontal plane?

They have to run horizontal because of were the ground workers have put the drain in.

Has made it tricky. Would a double branch be ok layied horizontally?

It is what it is! You can only work within site conditions when it comes to soil... Else the dreaded saniflo awaits...

But if I ran 2 toilets in to a normal tee layied horizontally. Surley the toilet going in to the tee with the sweep on, would just carry on a back up the other toilet instead of exiting through the middle branch of the tee and to the waste? I maybe wrong, hence and asking for advice.

You are right - and Denso's will work;)

What you have to prevent is solids from one toilet (A) being thrown across the T and into the pipe from the other toilet (B). The solids wiill then stay there until that toilet (B) is flushed. If it is some time before toilet (B) is flushed then the solids from toilet (A) may dry out, stick to the pipe from toilet (B) and create a partial blockage of the pipe from toilet (B). That could lead to a build up of solids in the pipe and thus toilet (B) becomes blocked.
