I think your a bit more left than me but most of what you say makes sense to me. I'd vote for you
It does seem that way, mention the EU and they pick a similar point about the UK.
There are a few on here that hate plumbers, so they assume all plumbers, or anybody that works with pipes must be xenophobic brexiteers and right wing.

There are one or two exceptions.
But in the main, plumbers do tend to be "xenophobic brexiteers and right wing". It is like saying that Brexiteers are racist xenophobes. Not all of them.
Maybe it is the indoctrination that they receive in the CC forum.
Or maybe they are so used to seeing things go down the toilet they assume everything must go that way.
So what's good for the goose is good for the gander? UK benefits claimaints spend their money in the UK so it's all good!
