Does it matter that we have a lying, dishonest Prime Minister?

Ok let's see parliament act in a mature way and find a solution to Brexit.

Fiver says the first week is consumed with more finger pointing and additional idiotic tape to prevent anything pro Brexit or tory led to be abolished blocked or referred to court!

Not true

This court case was 100% about stopping a PM from pushing through a no deal Brexit without being debated.

Do you think a Prime minister should be allowed to do things without parliament debating it.

Do you think parliament would have voted for a no deal?
Is that a crystall ball you have there annoying little fly?

Whatever happens in parliament, would you prefer that parliament be illegally 'overthrown' in order that you get the outcome you want?

And do you believe that a single referendum vote overrides the right of parliament to sit under the terms of our particular version of democracy?

No I agree I dont believe parliament should be illegally over thrown this is in the interest of democracy though in which I believe is being ignored, somewhat paradoxical In this instance.

I do believe this unique referendum should be taken seriously it's the core of how each and every MP gained their seat and will have serious repercussions here and in the future. The approach should be how to find a solution to the majority and the remaining vote. Not fck Brexit let's just stop it any way possible.

This will just add more fuel to the fire of the majority that are being ignored here. That I'm afraid is unquestionably stupid to ignore.

But why only 'in this instance'?

Countless times parliament has voted in measures that go totally against what the ruling party's election manifesto promised...

But that is the nature of our archaic voting system - the majority is always ruled by the minority!

It's not unique because there have been previous referendums...

And indeed whatever happens will have serious repercussions - but nothing as serious as what is essentially an attempted coup!

However as someone else has pointed out on here, the representatives that were voted in after the referendum are the ones making the decisions.
And given our particular 'democratic' system, it is by default with the consent of the electorate!

37% of the electorate is not a majority, but roughly mirrors the average vote that a ruling party gets...

However, every few years the electorate is allowed to change it's mind...

Unless of course you believe that to be undemocratic?

Indeed and in that instance the majority vote wins even If it is by 1 vote.

Sadly that is 3 1/2 too late.

If the Brexit debate had been honest, from both sides to begin with
And Article 50 not triggered until parliament and country had agreed where the country would end up and made suitable plans
Then we wouldnt be in this mess.

The government and media have spent all that time pushing a dishonest agenda on a public which have little understanding of the European Union.

Its no surprise there is such great division.

Unanimous.

All 11 judges see Bozza as a dishonest, lying, law breaking clown.
That was a question before the verdict because at the time it was reported that only 7 judges would be present for that verdict...
