Raise floor by 50mm for tiling - help and advice

We are installing a new kitchen, 6.5m2. Old floor build up was concrete slab>polystyrene sheet>floating floorboard>laminate. Removing all this has created a 65mm drop between the concrete slab of the kitchen and the top surface of the hallway laminate.

We will be installing ceramic floor tiles 10mm thick. with aprox 5mm for the tile adhesive I need to raise the floor by 50mm. What would be the best most cost efficient way of doing this? I have read a lot of conflicting information online.

Floating floors appear to be a no no due to movement and potential cracking of the ceramic tiles. Whilst 50mm appears to be too thin for most screeds unless we go for a fibre screed, which I imagine will be expensive.

The concrete slab is level and a DPC appears to be installed as it is coming out above the concrete slab on all edges.

No underfloor heating, there is a radiator in the kitchen already.
