Reduce Water Pressure

Hello

My shower uses a huge amount of water, it comes out very fast.

Is it possible to reduce the pressure so that I use less water? I have a Vaillant Combi Boiler.

If so, how do I reduce the water pressure?

1) please post a photo of your shower mixer and your shower head

2) doesn't your shower have a flow control knob?

3) Which water company covers your area?

OMG! I am such a wally! It didn't occur to me that I could only half turn the knob. I just tried it and less water comes out! Thank you.
