The Russians helped to stabilise EU energy costs by increasing Gas exports to the EU.
Whether you like it or not Notch, the Russians are an important factor when it comes to the cost of energy in the EU and by extention the UK.

The Poles have banned the media and aid workers from the border with Belarus.
Starving migrants/refugees seeking asylum have been refused entry to Poland, now the Germans are talking about building more fences and walls to keep them out.

Those no such thing as an illegal migrant, they're perfectly legal asylum seekers.
