Name and shame!

A fixed penalty is only issued to those that have agreed they have broken the law, fact!!
No, not fact. A fixed penalty can disputed. If it's disputed, how are they agreeing that they have broken the law? I've disputed a fixed penalty and it was withdrawn. So have many others who have had parking tickets. You know f all about f all. Fact!

As expected and stated by me, number ten will let us know if Boris or ministers have been fined.

The Latest was published a few mins ago

Downing Street has refused to say if Boris Johnson will resign if he is fined over lockdown-breaching parties at No 10 after the police announced it is issuing fines for 20 cases of lockdown breaches.

Mr Johnson has not yet been informed whether he will receive a fine, his official spokesperson said but added that they are “committed” to ensuring the public is informed if the prime minister is given a penalty notice.

Wrong again. Number ten have agreed to let everyone know if the Prime Minister has been fined. They HAVE NOT said they will let anyone know about any others. In FACT, they are not allowed to let anyone know about anyone being fined. It is a private matter. Fact.

A caution is supposed to only be offered to those who have admitted guilt. However, increasing it is offered (wrongly) in order get a confession of guilt.

FPNs are an offer to settle a matter without going to court. It is unlikely that any of those offered FPNs will challenge as anonymity is reasonably guaranteed, not withstanding that the met are as leaky as sieve

Not if the guilty party is a MP/Minister/PM - Rightly so they will get an ear-bashing if they accept and more of one if they challenge and are subsequently found guilty.

The PM will ride it out but I'm 50/50 if he is found guilty after all with all that money I'm sure there is someone there that has/will get him out of the mess.

50/50? Means **** all. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Zip. You'll always be right. It's called sitting on the fence. Fact.

Funny how you never challenge anyone when you are proved wrong with the 'facts' you post. Why is that? Just as in your understanding of fixed penalties, does that mean you accept that you are wrong?

There may have been failures by the police as you state but I'm hopefully they have now got it correct.
listening to LBC radio some experts o a few mins ago stated as I've said and another stated they don't have to accept the fixed pen notice.
More so, if they get the FPN, they can seek a review is what the expert said and at that point, cops may drop the FPN but I doubt it in the PM's case as it would have been looked at by many.

If anyone deserves this FPN, its the PM for reasons as per my previous contributions here. He will ride it out if he is eventually found guilty.

Lol. 'Name and shame' from Ms anonymous. Do they not have the same rights to privacy that you enjoy?

johnson and his acolytes have been refusing to answer any questions about his behaviour on the grounds that it is under investigation.

Once the investigation is over he would have to think of a new excuse.

It would obviously be shameful if a Prime Minister was fined for breaking the rules he himself told all the rest of us to follow

But johnson has no shame.

Oh I agree over this party gate thing. He's a ****, partying while people couldn't say goodbye to their loved ones or attend funerals. He should resign over that.

I've said it before, he's done what I voted for and carried out the referendum result. He can **** off now.
