How often do you see anybody in a similar celebration kiss anybody on the lips ? It's taking advantage, a power thing.

I'm not sure about the Spanish definition of Sexual Assault, but in the UK it is sexual touching. So a kiss in the circumstances would not be sexual assault. There is also mens rea, requirement which would be difficult given the obvious circumstances.
