I like the its the Conservatives fault, and at the same time claiming they are independent.

Can't be both surely?

premium bond rules do not prevent husband and wife having £50k each

if you think otherwise lets see your evidence
Who said they didnt allow it ? i didnt but you obviously cannot keep up with the lies you tell and what you type
You are most welcome to believe whatever you want.........it is of no interest to me.

clearly you judge people by their wealth, how sad for you
Eh you obviously do otherwise you would not be lying or just talking shyte about amount of bonds you have why do you feel the need to lie ?

Bonds bought in February will not go into the March draw. They will go into the April Draw.
He obviously struggles with the rules .You would think if he is going to lie about when he bought them he would check when they would be eligible for a prize

'While this legislation would be unlikely to allow Ms Mahmood to block the new rules before they come into force on April 1, it could give her the power to reverse their implementation in the future.

Her announcement came after Robert Jenrick, the shadow justice secretary, said he would be seeking to overturn the new guidance through a judicial review unless the Labour Government changed the law in order to block the rules.'

Yes you did.

If you think otherwise, you are more than welcome to try and explain what you meant by this:

I’ve got my popcorn ready to watch you wriggle and squirm :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Telegraph is a Tory propaganda outlet

You are just regurgitating their phoney attack line

Very good point.

The Lammy Review does appear to be the origin of where the differential treatment of BAME offenders came from.

I'd like to find the original source of where being transgender came into the mix too.

There is a new thread for arguing about Premium Bonds.

Is it ok to ask if the argument is had there rather than on this thread which is about sentencing guidelines?
