I can only imagine that he would be horrified, I don't think any reasonable person would see the chants as harmless or just banter.

I was mainly wondering whether it was one of those chants the CPS has already looked at and decided doesn't meet the standard for prosecution. The CPS don't like to lose high profile cases.

Couldn’t see anything about a protected group, everyone is surely entitled to proper protection of the law.
