Concentration Camp Plan For Gaza

It looks like Israel has a plan to force all 2.1 million people living in Gaza into a camp built on the ruins of Rafah. They will be encircled by the Israeli army and prevented from leaving.

This just sounds wrong.

Israel cannot do right for wrong now. Everyone is screaming genocide and ethnic cleansing, plans to move the innocent palestinians to a safe place and offer them food, shelter and medical aid. Preventing them from being caught up in this war, a very decent idea in my opinion and I bet the palestinians will welcome it too. Once they have defeated hamas they will be released. I think it's a better option than what they have now.

No sorry I didn't ignore it, I don't ignore anyone on here. The way I see it is in the positive light that it should be looked on. You are simply assuing it is bad and that it is like a concentration camp. Israel are having a tough time with trying to kill just hamas as they hide amongst the people, therefore lots of palestinians are being killed by Israel. This way hamas cannot hide amongst them and will be eradicated and also the palestinians will be left alone in this humanitarean city.

A positive light? It's literally what the nazis did before the final solution. But we're not allowed to compare to Nazis, are we? Let's all just pretend that bombing 2 million people and then forcing them into a giant concentration camp, which they won't be allowed to leave, is for their good. The kids will love it. Unless one parent has died already, as males and females will be separated, for their own safety.

As i said before, Israel wants to remove all Palestinians from the land. If it can get away with blowing them all up, it'll lock them away so they can slowly disappear.

Opinion is changing. Israel might well find itself in a very sticky situation in the next 5 years, and the West won't be sending peacekeeping forces, or replenishing their military arsenal.

Taking it for themselves has always been the plan. And next week be the West Bank, which they've already started taking.

I don't think that they are selling it as a concentration camp. It is a way of seperating the innocent from hamas and dealing with the terrorists and reducing innocent casualties.

I would like to see an Arab peacekeeping force and government. They might have to be quite authoritarian, at least to start with. Then rebuild Gaza as quickly as possible. I think there was a plan for all this put forward by the Arab states in March.
