I could only view the last video, it doesn't actually show anything other than a voice over saying "contractors" firing at people. I along with any court would not take that as evidence of any claims of shooting directly at these people. Let us just say that if that was the case then those contractors would have commited war crimes and would be held accountable. That is not something anyone could support.
