Kieth will do anything to get re elected. Even the Lib Dem’s seem quiet on this one.

This is a pathetic misuse of the police legal powers imo.

This is just a load of old folks out for the day having a protest, they are not being terrorists or supporting terrorism.

They are clearly not terrorists, nor do they support terrorists - they just want the killing to stop.
There is also very strongly the free speech element that they are standing up for, the government should not be curtailing our right to say that we support the stopping of the killing of unarmed civilians etc.

Surely there must be some motorists they could ticket instead!

I do feel much safer now, well done the police.

Also, why do so many coppers have beards these days?

If the police are being instructed to arrest them, what would they do if 5000 turned up?

I hope all the oldie's pizz themselves in the police vans and cells, then the useless twerps in blue would have to clean it up, doing something usefull for a change !

A reminder
The government proscribed the group in July under the Terrorism Act of 2000, making membership of or support for it a criminal offence, punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
This came after they attacked an RAF base.
Also -- Cooper
"She defended the banning of Palestine Action, which she said was based on "strong security advice following serious attacks the group has committed" as well as "plans and ideas for further attacks, the details of which cannot yet be publicly reported due to ongoing legal proceedings"."

"Many people may not yet know the reality of this organisation,
but the assessments are very clear - this is not a non-violent organisation. UK national security and public safety must always be our top priority."
