Labour simply have to improve on all of the issues surrounding boat people, or they will struggle. Farage/Reform are a one trick pony, without that they have nothing.

Like Farage moving on from UKIP following Brexit, without that to campaign for they had nothing.
 
On Angela Rayner (I'd rather not be)... the thing about the Ashton Under Lyne house being her main residence... my arse it is. I know Ashton well (it's a dump - Labour area natch) and she is never there. The people hate her. A few weeks ago she deigned to make a visit and the security around her was ridiculous. Armoured limos, police outriders, motorcade etc. One would have thought Trump himself had turned up to buy some tripe and cowheel on the market. What has she ever done for the town, apart from suck up to the muslims?
 
...but I should think she could be a good laugh. Did you see that photo of her on a beach, puffing away on a vape, tattoo on her back, tight top revealing every bulge. Class!

I agree, i've never voted for either party, but at the moment the amount of normal people i know supporting Reform is unheard of, i live in a staunch Labour area and if there was an election tomorrow theres an 85% chance i would have a Reform MP.

The safeguarding of the NHS was one of Labours pledges during the Election, my wife works in a major hospital department, who are laying off radiology/imaging reporting staff, to replace them with a private outsourcing company, unemployment, especially for the young (due to the NI hike) is going up, they have no chance of meeting the 1.5m homes target they set, if things don't improve soon Reform may expand to other issues.
 
On Denso saying "Labour simply have to improve on all the issues surrounding boat people"... methinks Denso, although still using Blairite newspeak such as "issues surrounding", is doubting the Labour Party a little, maybe his cosy village in the borders has started being enriched and he is now becoming an extreme far right extremist!
 
Well, I think there was a hope that the boat problem would be temporary. But with no sign of it ending and with it actually getting worse, people may want to change their views on how draconian we should be. I would be happy to build detention camps for single male adults. But I am not in favour of sending people to face torture or execution.

I've voted for most parties in the past and will make my mind up again before the next election, as usual.

Some people aren't far left or far right, the centre does me just fine.

Honestly I don't understand this nonsense. She's been had a go at (is that a verb) before, so she'd have been really careful to be legally ok.
I can't stand her but she's not that stupid.

Which of us would not do it (within the law, but) to keep the costs down?
Who is suggesting she should have opted to pay for something extra just for the look..?

I am worried by what Reform actually stand for.
Reform would cut taxes for the rich, slash public services and regulations.

They would make living standards for ordinary citizens worse.


Unless you are a millionaire, Reform would make you worse off. Enjoy.
