Angela rayner tax dodger again...

You can’t “attempt to evade paying it” if you pay the amount you’ve been advised.

Motorbikings logic:

1)advisor “you owe £40,000 tax”
2) client“ok, I’ve paid £40,000 to HMRC”
3) Motorbikings nonsense “you’ve evaded paying tax”

Wot a muppet you are
Your stupidly has no limits.

Nothing specifically gets signed for stamp duty.
Eh you do sign , you don't just hand money over. It is a tax and you have to prove you have paid it

You are clearly showing your ignorance of how the tax system works and what none payment of due taxes can be classed as. Ignorance in your or ange's part is no defence it is you that signs the tax return form

So to be clear are you claiming she evaded paying tax she didn’t know she had to pay

it’s as clear as it could be.

She paid the tax she was advised to pay.

Not sure I agree with you. She would have had to submit signed declarations. Conveyancer’s do NOT guess

Denso thinks you just hand over thousands with no proof that You have paid your dues

He’s talking boll@x as usual. Soon he will backtrack and say the form you fill in is irrelevant
