Old Christian settlements and culture destroyed, church under threat, Popes send prayers

Funny how ask those who say that Muslims are a threat to Christianity are quietly ignoring what is happening in Gaza. Old Christian churches that peacefully existed alongside Palestinian Muslim communities are deliberately being destroyed by Israel. And the last one, I believe, just had it's evacuation orders, and they have said they won't be leaving.

"The parish priest of the Holy Family Latin Church in Gaza, Father Gabriel Romanelli, has confirmed that the church is sheltering 450 displaced people, including the elderly, sick, and children. He stressed they will not leave the church despite the “evacuation orders” issued by the Israeli occupation forces to the city’s residents"

They build a road over an ancient Christian church while preserving a synagogue for tourists.

 
I read about St Catherine's monastery is facing an incursion of 21st century culture as Egypt turns the area into a tourist site trap. The tribes are being moved on and the Greek Orthodox Church is most peeved to see one of their oldest sites being used for commercialism.
 
Oddly enough, the same far-right protestors never mention the decline of attendance at Churches throughout "dear olde England" which are were an intrinsic element of our culture.

If these supporters of Tel Aviv Tommy think that only ethnic minorities are in danger from the far right, therefore it doesn't matter, they should think again.

How does that all fit in with those on the far(ish) right who claim that Britain was built on "Judeo Christian values". I never really got to the bottom of what they mean by that.

"One of the people who was at the meeting... turned up with a scrubbing brush - parts of the church door are now the cleanest they've ever been but you can see the outline of it so damage has been done."

They should make them come back and clean the rest of the door.
 
The far right don’t have the slightest interest in Christianity other than the box it ticks to show how English (distinct) they are from the foreign hordes.

I’ve worked on churches, most of them are listed buildings, grade 2, grade 2* or grade 1 (over a 1/3 of grade 1s are churches)

Repairing those doors will cost £100s
