No it doesn't, but these silly arrest warrants and threats of war crimes are just words. It doesnt do anything same as us recognising Palestine does zero to help anyone. Just politics.

There are some horrible regimes in the world, they need to be brought to account wherever possible. Ignoring them because they will just carry on anyway isn't a solution.
