It depends if there are or not. If were are a lot of them I'd say, "There are a lot of them". If there weren't many I'd say, "There aren't many." Funny how my statements are based on facts. Give it a try yourself.
It doesn't imply anything of the sort. A person could murder another person and go buy a bag of crisps, but we'd still call him a violent criminal even though he wasn't actively murdering someone at the time of purchase.
In addition, you're even wrong about the arrest (I know, you're wrong on literally everything you say, but the sheer number of times you're wrong still surprises me). Floyd was out of mind on drugs when he was arrested. He kicked officers repeatedly and used force to try and escape. That's called 'being violent' and that's why he was restrained.
Get a five year old to explain these things to you, as you're obviously having trouble.

I think that’s right but those views are generally in the context of supporting Isreal in its actions against hammas. I read ( somewhere, no link) that the Christian conservative right believe - from the bible - that until Isreal is fully restored to its ancient borders, there won’t be a second coming.
