I'm just listening to it at the moment intending to start a thread on it, thank you for beating me to it.
It's a major turning point in many ways, it's obviously an opportunity for a better future in the middle east, it all hinges on Hamas relinquishing power and releasing the hostages.

Watch out for those who object to it and decry it, those on here that do that only wish to destroy Israel and perpetuate the violence.

Trumps done a good job on this (as has Jared Kushner), they should be applauded.

If Hamas don't agree, it will tend to clarify the picture of who wants and does not want peace. They should have surrendered a long time ago, and released the hostages a long time ago.

Very interesting. It is very much like the deal I have been suggesting.

Netanyahu may have shot himself in the foot by bombing Qatar after they gave Trump a lovely new plane.

Will Netanyahu be able to get this deal past his extremist coalition partners. Something similar was available eighteen months ago, but they nixed it.

Who knows. One theory is that Trump wanted to keep Netanyahu and his extremist partners on side whilst he negotiated a nuclear deal with Iran. Obviously, that all changed when Netanyahu attacked Iran.
