Regrouting Porcelain Patio

Need some advice on best tool to use to remove old grout from porcelain patio. The joints are about 5mm. The area is around 60sq m.
Any advice appreciated

Multi tool will diamond grout removal tool try first. Vacuum as you go.
If that's too difficult then disc cutter and except any minor damage caused.
That's how id approach it but maybe others may have better ideas

Thanks Wayners. Was thinking that that was the best way to go . Maybe using a grout rake attached to 4 inch grinder? Not sure I can find one less than 5mm though
