What Waste Do I Need For 2 Appliances - Also Leaking Plastic Joints

Hello Guys

I am private renting and i want to add a portable dishwasher to my kitchen, there is a second cold connector so im ok for the water feed. I do have a 1" bsp port on the existing pipe but there is no nozzle, i use this for the washing machine. What is the best way to for 2 appliances to drain? Any 1"bsp twin fitting is expensive or in china, do i need to replace the entire trap?

As i was rumbling around i noticed a water leak dripping, i have stopped the leak using the screw in the valve coupler. Can i fix the leaks with what there or do these fitting need to be replaced.

Many thanks for your reply. I went through many listings on ebay, amazon and other online shops, they are all based in China, im a bit concerned it might take a long time to arrive as i doubt it would arrive in 9 days.

Many Thanks for your reply. The one in toolstation looks ideal and affordable. Are all the dimensions the same in order to swap this? Will the 43mm black pipe fit too? I added this to my basket for collection. There is a toolstation a few miles away.

1.5” usually standard. You have a leak on the grey hep as an aside.

Regarding the leak and Thanks for pointing this out, can these pipes and joints be reused to fix the leak?

Re the waste, the pipe come out of the floor is 43mm, the pipe that goes to the small basin is 40mm, it looks like some adapters have been used to convert the pipe dia. The black pipe is 43mm which means i cannot use the trap from Toolstation.

Yes you should be ok as I said, universal size on 1.5”. Re the pipe leak, try tightening the nut first

Am i missing something, i thought these were push fit only?

My current trap has a 1.75"bsp thread and it accepts the 43mm pipe. Will the new trap with a 1.5"bsp thread accept the 43mm pipe?

They are, but they’re the older grey hep ones which are splittable via the nut, similar to speedfit.

Yes, it's just normal pipework.

Looking at the drawing the 43mm pipe wont enter a 1 1/2" diameter (38.1mm).
