I admire your positivity and hope, that they know what they're doing, it's all a great plan and it will all make sense shortly.
But I doubt it. There's no strategy other than banging up taxes every year and wasting it.
I believe that, even trying my very best to be uninfluenced by political leanings, they're all utterly incompetent, have some really bad intentions and are all corrupted in various ways.
They're also, statistically, THE most unpopular government ever since polling began, and there's not yet any end in sight for their decline in popularity, just a new all-time low every poll.

Only 13% are satisfied with the way Keir Starmer is doing his job as Prime Minister (n/c since September), with 79% dissatisfied (n/c), a net rating of -66 (n/c). This continues to be the lowest satisfaction rating recorded by Ipsos for any Prime Minister going back to 1977, worse than previous lows recorded by Rishi Sunak just months before the general election (-59, April 2024), and John Major (-59, August 1994).
