morning all, we had a extension built in the summer so this is our first winter with it. we had insulation fitted, but where the downlights have been installed there is a draft coming through the lights (where they have been moved to show the light on a wall), how can i insulate above these to block draft without risking a fire or would it be better to install different lights, probably will damage the ceiling doing it. There is a also a small draft coming in from the access panel where there are sockets for the lights
Roof on extension is chilly and drafts are coming into the house.

thanks, I will see if there is a type of collapsible ones that I can remove the fitting and squeeze them though the hole in the ceiling.
