Israel continues policy of assassinating journalists and attacking ambulances

If you find videos of Muslims being murdered by the IDF distasteful, don't watch them. They even murdered their own people, simply because they were waving a white flag.

Wagging finger - my erse.
I wouldn't expect that to ruffle many feathers, friendly fire often kills their own by mistake, however the waving of a white flag is most certainly a line crossed. On the opposite side to the coin, an enemy like hamas cannot be trusted with a white flag and could easily be abused by them to make a surrender only to then open fire on the troops that are accepting their surrender. It happens and so the IDF were taking no chances. Not great I know but it is what it is,

Israel’s military campaign in Gaza is one of the conflicts worldwide where the military make use of AI-enabled decision-support systems (AI-DSS). These systems use algorithms to process large quantities of data coming from many sources, to identify and follow military targets (Hamas leaders or members) quickly and precisely.

Furthermore, the AI systems used by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are is not very accurate. Only 90 per cent of the targets identified by the system turn out to be legitimate military targets. And since human operators are unlikely to understand (exactly) how the AI system generates the target 'proposals', this raises many questions about the transparency, accountability and (ultimately) legitimacy of the whole process.

There was a lengthy article on this topic included in the Zion thread (deleted) with testimony from Israeli operators of this flawed system, admitting they simply trigger an attack regardless of civilian casualties that inevitably occur. The IDF commanders gave the order anyway. They're okay with killing as many innocent women and children as possible if it means one member of Hamas is eliminated.

So they are not deliberately targeting innocent Palestinians at all then, they are simply accepting that there will be civillian casualtys from these systems. I do hope @JohnD reads and understands this better now.

Yet again the great military strategist proves how he's incapable of recognising a war crime when he's confronted by it.
Yes, indiscriminate killing in war is considered a war crime. It is strictly prohibited by international humanitarian law, specifically under the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. Such attacks, which fail to distinguish between military targets and civilians, are regarded as grave breaches, subjecting perpetrators to prosecution.
Or maybe he tries to excuse it when committed by the IDF or Israel, or Israelis.

They are targeting the families in the event of a member of Hamas returning home to execute the policy with a drone strike. It's not about accepting there'll be civilian casualties; they deliberately kill them without a care.

Maybe Netanyahu copying the practices of King Herod?
God strikes down all firstborn males in Egypt, from Pharaoh’s son to captives and livestock. This event was a divine judgment intended to compel Pharaoh to release the Israelites from slavery after previous warnings were ignored

There've been many documented incidents, from soldiers ransacking homes, mocking civilians and destroying property, to the abuse and rape of Palestinian prisoners. For years, Israeli soldiers have committed these acts and killed Palestinian civilians without any accountability.

War unleashes brutality. That is precisely why international law exists - which Israel consistently ignores. When violations become routine rather than exceptional, we are no longer dealing with isolated acts, but with a pattern that demands urgent scrutiny.

There are equally many documented reports of Palestinians invading, murdering and carrying out atrocities.

Of course I know what a war crime is the same as you know what a speed limit is but I bet you exceed it at times. War crimes are for courts and lawyers to decide on. Not your average soldier on a battlefield where you are trying to kill the enemy and survive another day.

The problem you have is that you will only condemn one side...

(and how can you 'invade' your own territory?)

Those who don't support the current genocide/ethnic cleansing tend to condemn the violence from wherever it comes from ;)

On October 7th 2023. for a few hours by several groups of uncoordinated armed individuals.

Israel has been conducting such random murder, rape, imprisonment, and torture, in Gaza and the West Bank, for the last 40 years, by an organised, supposedly disciplined army, whose criminal acts have been denied by the Israeli government.

The great military strategist was absent when the British Army was teaching their soldiers about war crimes.
Or maybe he wasn't listening. Or maybe he would have just disregarded his training.
British Army personnel receive regular training on the laws of armed conflict, including what constitutes war crimes, as part of their international humanitarian law obligations.
