Johnson bought two but was not allowed to deploy them ?

Don't worry about it Pete, the more repeats the better. The loonies will now bury this case, but if it had been the other way round and the girls found guilty, it would be all over the MSM and Ilya Bellend made a huge celebrity, an immigration success. Well done to those girls!

England & Wales: The law requires express permission from the Home Secretary for water cannon deployment. In 2015, the government refused to license them, citing medical risks and potential damage to the principle of "policing by consent." Even though the Metropolitan Police previously purchased three water cannons, they were never permitted for use and were later sold.

Scotland: Deployment is subject to authorization by the Scottish Parliament, which has not approved their use.

Northern Ireland: The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) maintains a fleet of operational water cannons. Their deployment is highly regulated and used as a last resort in cases of severe public disorder.

They're guilty and should feel the full force of the law.

However this bit in the article also caught my eye:

The court heard previously that the 12-year-old girl Belov attacked admitted pulling a knife and axe from her waistband, but only after Belov had assaulted her.
