I repaired areas of these buildings in 1996 and some of the dash came off in sheets I dashed large areas with a spar dash , this was before the peoperties were painted . They have been painted twice since then so now any repairs to the dash I use a wet dash mix (as it will all be painted again) as I find it blends in a lot easier and it is easier to do on my own as my labourer (who is a brickie) can't render...
