    Incorrect soil stack install?

Mate, that’s shocking! Just knocked a few thousand K off the property price. I wonder what it’s like on the pipes you can’t see under the flooring.

    Header tank over flowing

Did you drain the system down to fit the new radiator? Was the header tank clean and empty before draining ? So as denso 13 said, poss blockage. Simple trick that I’ve used: see FAQ 12 for a blocked header tank ( posted by Chris )

Bit of a long shot, but has anyone fitted a composite front door manufactured by Value Doors

We are thinking of having a new composite door supplied and fitted by Value doors. We don’t have any knowledge of the types of construction and what we should expect and lookout for except to say this door has a wooden infill. Any thoughts or suggestions would be very welcome and much appreciated.

Can anyone offer information about this cover?

Well my idea of a quick look is shelved. I take on board all the comments and I value my back over my inquisitive nature. It’s not a problem and hope I never need to have it lifted. Thanks for all the info. Pete
